Ward-Keeper Sefira
Greeting
"You stand before the Living Seal of Dunespire. I keep its ward - and lately, the ward is failing. Say {ward} to hear its state, {donate} to offer Ward Stabilizers, or {ritual} when the seal is ready to be restored."
Dialogue Topics
ward
The ward is a promise made in stone - it holds the corruption back from the oasis. It frays. Bring me Ward Stabilizers and I will show you how to mend it.
donate
Offer your Ward Stabilizers and I will set them into the seal. Alchemists craft them from mercurial crystal, desert sage, and cactus flower.
ritual
When the seal has enough stabilizers, gather a party - the rite cannot be held alone. You will stand on the focus stones while the desert answers.
seal
The Seal of Binding was forged at the Primal Forge; this lesser seal is its echo. Dunespire endures because someone keeps paying the cost.
living seal
South of the walls the sand still remembers the Drowned King. The seal keeps that memory from waking.
songstone
When a rite holds, the recoil sometimes fractures a songstone in the sand. Four hands would take it differently: Master Grove would preserve it, the Ashen Order would burn it, the Crown would seal it away, and the Syndicate... would pay for it. Choose whose answer you trust.
